Kailora is built by Sriggle Private Limited. We started from a simple observation: the tools Indian businesses use for their books were either built for another country's tax system or for another decade's workflows.
What we believe
Compliance is the floor, not the feature. GST, e-invoicing, e-way bills, TDS and TCS aren't add-ons in Kailora — they're how documents are born. If your invoice resolved its taxes correctly at creation, your returns stop being archaeology.
AI should draft, humans should decide. Our scanner reads bills into drafts and says out loud what it isn't sure about. Nothing posts without a person's approval. We think that's the only responsible way to put AI inside financial records.
Language should never be the barrier. A business owner in Coimbatore, Kolkata or Ludhiana should read their own books in their own language. Kailora ships in ten Indian languages — the whole product, not a token translation.
How we build
Every screen of our mobile apps is verified on real devices before release; every report is computed from the same journal lines so numbers can't disagree; and our engineering ground rules are written down and enforced in automation, not just in intentions.
