Terms & Conditions

Effective date: 22 August 2026 · These terms are an electronic record under the Information Technology Act, 2000.

The agreement

By creating a Kailora account you agree to these terms with Sriggle Private Limited. If you accept on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to bind it.

The service

Kailora is an accounting platform: GST invoicing, purchases and expenses, banking and reconciliation, inventory, reports, tax workings, portals and AI assistance, on web and mobile. We add, change and retire features over time; material reductions to a paid plan are notified in advance.

Your data, your books

Your accounting data belongs to you. You are responsible for its accuracy and for your statutory filings; Kailora prepares workings and registers documents but does not replace your professional judgement or your CA's. You can export your data at any time.

Subscriptions and payment

Paid plans and scan-credit top-ups are billed as displayed at purchase, in INR, through our payment gateway. Taxes as applicable. Fees for consumed services (such as used scan credits) are non-refundable; see the Cancellation & Refund Policy for everything else.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service: no unlawful content, no attempts to breach security or others' data, no reselling without a written agreement, no use that violates the FEMA, PMLA or other applicable law.

Availability and liability

We work to keep Kailora available and your data safe, and we maintain backups. To the extent Indian law permits, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim; we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited under law.

Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate for breach, non-payment or legal necessity, with notice where practicable, and will provide a window to export your data.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Indian law. Courts at Faridabad, Haryana have exclusive jurisdiction.
